If you want J'JO to stop managing all portfolios before the end of your subscription, first convert all your assets, provided they are in indexes or portfolios managed by J'JO.
Go to your personal account -> open the index you are interested in -> click on the button with the gear icon.
Click on the “Withdraw” icon -> enter the amount you want to withdraw -> click on the “Withdraw Funds” button.
- Done! Assets will be converted to the selected cryptocurrency within 30 minutes.
Next, disconnect all exchanges connected to J'JO in your personal cabinet, in the “Manage Exchanges” section. Your portfolios will be deleted and all future rebalances will be canceled.
Please note: If you have funds in J'JO portfolios or indices at the time of disconnection, then when you disconnect the exchanges, the coins that were purchased as part of your portfolio/index management will remain in your exchange account balance and will not be automatically sold. If you want to sell them or convert them to another cryptocurrency, you can do it yourself on the exchange's website.
- You can also delete your account. To do this, go to your personal cabinet, go to the settings and go to “Manage Account”. Click on the “Delete account” button.
In case you pay for your J'JO subscription with a bank card, each future payment will be deducted from your card automatically. Cancel your subscription by following the instructions - How do I cancel my subscription?
When you pay your subscription with cryptocurrency, J'JO does not make automatic payments, so there is no need to cancel it. Just don't make your next payment until you decide to join J'JO again.
